Who we text
If you text us, we'll reply about your inquiry. Reply STOP anytime. We send other texts only to people who check the box on our form. Calling us or giving us your phone number alone does not sign you up for texts. We do not buy or rent phone lists, and we do not text anyone who has not texted us first or checked the box.
Message types
- Replies to your inquiry
- Scheduling and appointment reminders
- Requests for documents (for example a crash report number or photos)
- Case status updates
We do not use this program for unrelated marketing blasts.
Frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
- STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT): you are unsubscribed. You can also tell us in any other reasonable way that you no longer want texts. We will send one text to confirm, and then no more texts from this program. Reply START to resubscribe, or call (480) 359-KENT.

Consent to texts is not a condition of hiring us or of any service. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder's permission.
