Contacting us does not make us your lawyer
Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Kent Law represents you only after we agree to take your case and you sign our written agreement.
Please do not send confidential details until we confirm we can represent you.

- Text messages
This may include your name, phone number, email address and details about your situation.
We also collect basic device and usage data. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, pages you visit and how you found our site. We may use cookies and similar tools to collect this data.
Phone calls
Calls to our office may be tracked with a call-tracking service. This helps us understand how people find us.
Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. These tools may use cookies to show us how people use our site and to help us measure and show our ads.

Spam protection
We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check form submissions. It helps us tell real people from bots. It may collect basic device and browser data to do this.
Website forms
When you send a form, our website host stores it and sends it to our intake email and to a spreadsheet we use to track inquiries. We also send basic information about how you reached our site, such as the ad or page that brought you here. Your browser keeps that information only for your current visit.

Text messages (SMS)
If you text us, we'll reply about your inquiry. Reply STOP anytime. We send other texts only to people who check the box on our form. Calling us or giving us your phone number does not sign you up for texts.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring us.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, text message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website, intake and text messaging, and only so they can provide those services to us.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. But no method is perfect. We cannot promise your information will always be safe.
Texts and email are not secure. Please do not use them for sensitive details.
